Our Green Plisse Pleated 2 Way Stretch Fabric has a lovely crinkled appearance that is a result of the application of a caustic solution that causes the fabric to shrink and pucker. It's lightweight and textured which makes it perfect for spring and summer sews. Used for many clothing items such has culottes, jumpsuits, tops and dresses etc.
