Navy Bengaline Stretch Fabric is a stretch woven fabric that is great for skirts, trousers, jackets and more. The stretch runs parallel to the selvedge edge. It is a stretch woven fabric which means it may fray so it needs to be sewn with a zigzag on your machine

I love the fabric and it's very easy to sew... The only remark I would make is that it does tend to shrink a little after washing. I make trousers with it and they are very comfortable but where it stretches, say across the bottom area, it tends to leave a white mark I gather is the elastane in the fabric. For the price it is excellent.
